1. Notify on site Supervisor and call Raul
2. Injuries containing blood apply pressure and perform First Aid
3. Take pictures of injury and injury scene
4. Locate nearest Quickcare to you provided in truck binders & in company website
5. Notify Quickcare facility “It is a work-related injury” and bring all paperwork provided by them to the office.

1. Notifique al supervisor en el sitio y llame a Raul
2. Lesiones que contienen sangre aplique presión y realize primeros auxilios 
3. Tome fotografías de la lesion y de la escena de la lesion
4. Localice el Quickcare más cercano a usted, lista de lugares esta en las carpetas de la camionetas y en el sitio web de la compañia 
5. Notifique al Quickcare que la lesión es “relacionada al trabajo” y traiga toda la documentación recibida por ellos a la oficina.
